Integrative Breath Therapy
A path towards inner freedom, clarity and deeper connection with yourself
What it is about
Integrative Breath Therapy creates space to reconnect with yourself through the conscious breath — supporting deeper self-awareness, emotional release, nervous system regulation and embodied transformation.
Conscious connected breathing can open expanded states of awareness and create access to deeper emotional, physical and unconscious layers that often remain outside of everyday awareness.
Rather than staying only on a mental or analytical level, this work invites a deeper connection with the body, inner perception and the intelligence of your own nervous system and body wisdom. Experiences, emotions and stored patterns can begin to unfold and integrate in a grounded and supportive way.
Many people describe these sessions as deeply revealing, clarifying and unlike anything they have experienced before — allowing disconnected parts of the self to gradually become more accessible, integrated and alive again.
At the center of this work is the intention to support greater clarity, inner freedom and a more authentic connection to your own needs, desires and inner truth.
Every session is thoughtfully guided — creating a safe space for breath, exploration and integration.

Breathing in Warm Water
A unique and deeply supportive space for inner transformation.
About Warm Water Breath Work
ranging from deep states of connection, trust and being held to intense emotional release, powerful insights and womb memories
This form of breathwork creates a unique and deeply supportive space in which profound emotional, physical and unconscious processes can emerge through the breath.
Supported by the warmth of the water and the guidance throughout the session, expanded states of awareness may naturally unfold — often allowing access to layers of experience that remain inaccessible in ordinary states of consciousness.
Experiences connected to early developmental imprints, birth and pre- and perinatal experiences may arise within the process and can reveal deeply rooted patterns that continue to shape the nervous system, emotional responses, relationships and the way we move through life.
What emerges is not approached only mentally, but through direct embodied experience — allowing emotional material, unconscious patterns and disconnected parts of the self to gradually move toward integration within a safe, grounded and carefully supported space.
Many people experience the warm water work as a profound deepening of ongoing inner processes, self-awareness and transformation.
This work has profoundly shaped my own path and continues to be one of the deepest and most meaningful parts of the way I work today.
Cold Water Breath Work Experience
Meeting Yourself Beyond Comfort
this work is not about ice bathing or endurance,
but about gently meeting yourself beyond comfort
Conscious breathing in cold water brings you into contact with patterns of fear, stress, resistance and control.
Through the intensity of the physical sensations, inner reactions often become more clearly perceivable.
The connection to breath and body often becomes immediate — strengthening focus, clarity and self-awareness.
Your capacity to stay present with discomfort may gradually expand, allowing you to gently explore and extend your own inner boundaries.
The water is intentionally kept at a moderate temperature.
creating space for safety and integration
Trauma and Integration
Integrative breathwork can open deeply transformative, emotional and expanded states of awareness. For many people, these experiences can feel profoundly revealing, life-changing and spiritually significant.
At the same time, the way these states are held and supported is essential. Rather than overwhelming the system, this work aims to create a grounded and carefully guided space in which what arises can gradually be experienced, processed and integrated.
Every person enters the work differently. Depending on your history, nervous system, sensitivity and current life situation, different levels of intensity may feel supportive or appropriate. I therefore work in an individual and trauma-sensitive way, orienting closely toward what feels possible, safe and meaningful for you in each moment.
Elements of somatic work, nervous system regulation and body-oriented awareness may be integrated throughout the process to support safety, embodiment and long-term integration.
